Are you struggling to get ahead in your business whether it’s direct sales, network marketing or any other business? I’m here to encourage you today to get an accountability partner. I’m going to give you 3 reasons why you would want to do that. The first reason is that it’s human nature to get more done if you are accountable to another person. If you’re going to go to the gym you can go on your own. Sometimes it’s easy to not get ready and not go. But if you make a date to go with somebody else – then you show up because you know that you are accountable and it’s the same thing when it’s for your business. So look for someone that can be your accountability partner whether it’s a friend, a co-worker or you hire someone to help you do that. Number 2 is for encouragement and support. A lot of times when we’re in direct sales or network marketing our families are not necessarily the ones that are going to encourage and support us. They want to protect us – they don’t want something bad to happen so look for somebody that’s going to encourage and support you, have your back and also encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone and get a little bit more done each week. You’ll be surprised at the results that can happen. Number 3 is for clarity and consistency which is the main thing in these kind of businesses. You’ve got to keep doing something on a consistent basis. If you have an accountability partner – someone you can check in with every week – you will naturally get more done because when you know that you have to talk to them tomorrow morning – if you haven’t done what you said you were going to do this week – tonight you’re going to be doing it! So look into getting an accountability partner or an accountability coach. I do have a business where I do that on the side.
