Are you feeling happier? Hi my name’s Cora – last week I gave you the first happiness habit from Shawn Achor’s book “The Happiness Advantage”. The first habit is to every morning write down three things that you are grateful for. I hope that’s going well for you. Today I’m going to give you happiness habit number 2 and that is to journal for two minutes every day about a positive experience you’ve had in the last 24 hours . What you want to do is just write down as many details as you can and that will actually help you to re-enact the experience and that will actually double the positive impact that will have on you. So again according to Shawn it takes about 21 days to start making these a habit – so start adding these 2 habits to your routine and then join me again next week at Look Young Feel Young with Cora and I’ll give you happiness habit number 3!
