Are you ready for number 3? Hi my name’s Cora. In the last couple weeks I have been going over some happy habits from Shawn Achor’s book “The Happiness Advantage”. Today I’d like to give you number 3 and this one maybe a little bit tricky because it means taking some time out for yourself. What you wanna do is meditate – and it doesn’t have to be anything fancy just take two minutes close your eyes and just focus on your breathing. What this does is it trains your brain to focus where you want it to and to not get distracted by the negativity in your environment. So remember what Shawn is saying is it does take about 21 days to start getting these to become a habit. So pick the one that you want to do first and when that becomes a habit start adding the others and I look forward to seeing you again at Look Young Feel Young with Cora for step number 4!
