Are you ready? Hi – my name is Cora over the last few weeks I have been going over the 5 Happy Habits from Shawn Achor’s book “The Happiness Advantage”. Today its number five. Happy habit number 5 is exercise daily for 15 minutes. It doesn’t have to be anything complicated some simple cardio a brisk walk can actually have the same effect as an antidepressant. So get out there and take some time to exercise every day.
