Hey everyone! Just got back from a spinning class had an awesome class this
morning amazing energy in our class. I love the way it’s like a stress reliever and also
for me a little bit of a brain break. Helps me almost like meditation. Sounds kind of
strange but with that music going you just kind of get into it and it actually gives me a
chance to still my brain a little bit. So got me thinking – what’s your favorite
thing that you like to do either as a stress reliever or exercise? Kind of
looking for some new ideas for the new year. Give me a comment below and just
